Listening to people’s unscripted stories from around the world shaped me to articulate, empathize, and grow with humanity. I see the world through various colorful threads piercing fabric, one movement at a time. I spend hours learning new ways of using threads, like crocheting, knitting, and punching needles. Each time the fibers pass through fabric, it creates tension yet harmony in stitching a bigger picture. One thread at a time, hard work is built on patience, determination, and curiosity. This is my creative process. I embrace the experiences, backgrounds, and stories to stitch together a larger narrative that connects us all.
